Change Management | Manifesto
Bre Pettis & Kio Stark wrote this interesting manifesto called ‘The Cult of Done‘. Offering enough food for thought and debate, Chris, Bram and I used this manifesto as a basis for our Manifesto presentation for the module Change Management. We used the character of John Locke from the Lost series (who also was conveniently named after a real philosopher) as a metaphor for the journey we’ve embarked on over the past year. I managed to salvage an old CRT monitor from the dump with which we made a computer terminal on which the audience had to fill in ‘the Numbers‘ during our presentation. Chris dressed up as Dr. Muller – Doneologist and Bram and I where dressed like workmen from the Cult of Done Initiative. All in all a lot of fun.
The manifesto is all about getting things done, which we have, and so is this post.
